This new roadmap aims to project the city\u2019s culinary identity and showcase its gastronomic richness in national and international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the official presentation, Mayor Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Catal\u00e1 announced an annual investment of \u20ac400,000 to develop this strategy, which will be integrated into more than 100 promotional actions throughout the year. Fruit and vegetables from the huerta, rice from L\u2019Albufera, fish and seafood from the Mediterranean\u2026 they make up a larder that is the basis of a healthy diet with identity,\u201d explained Catal\u00e1.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mayor was accompanied by the councillor for Tourism, Paula Llobet, the director of the Visit Val\u00e8ncia Foundation, Tono Franco, and a wide representation of the gastronomic sector: producers, restaurateurs, municipal markets and representatives of designations of origin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A campaign that appeals to emotion and authenticity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new image campaign uses warm, evocative language to connect with collective memory and pride in the territory.
