El Poblet Restaurant
This centrally located restaurant in Valencia, formerly known as El Poblet, has been renamed and embarks on a new chapter under the leadership of chef Carolina Álvarez, originally from Mexico. For six years, she worked at the stoves as the right-hand of renowned chef Quique Dacosta at his iconic three-MICHELIN-star restaurant.
According to the team itself, Flores Raras shares the creative DNA and gastronomic rigor of the three-MICHELIN-star Quique Dacosta Restaurante in Dénia.
Its contemporary culinary proposal, built on technical mastery, aesthetic sensitivity and a close connection with outstanding produce, revolves around three tasting menus: 1988 (available from Tuesday to Thursday for dinner only, and on Friday at lunchtime), Esencia and Flores Raras, all with an optional wine pairing.
The restaurant also features private areas and a spacious dining room, ideal for small groups and corporate gatherings.
Alongside this project, and contributing to maintaining high standards and enhancing the overall experience, Delia Claure leads the front of house, while Hernán Menno is responsible for the wine programme as sommelier.
