València once again shows its passion for fine dining with “La Noche de la Gastronomía”, an event bringing together the great names of Valencian cuisine in a unique evening.

La Noche de la Gastronomía has exceeded all expectations. The most eagerly awaited event of the Valencia Culinary Festival 2025 has completely sold out, confirming the huge interest it generates among Valencians and lovers of fine dining.

On 27 October, Veles e Vents will become the great stage of Valencian gastronomy. The confirmed fine-dining restaurants, such as El Poblet, Fierro, RiFF, El Xato, Cal Paradís, La Sucursal, Llisa Negra and Ampar, are joined by Ricard Camarena Restaurante and Casa Manolo, by chef Manuel Alonso, who will present their creations live at different gastronomic stations, showcasing the culinary richness of the Region of Valencia. An event that brings together the talent, diversity and gastronomic excellence that make La Noche de la Gastronomía a unique experience.

The evening will feature live music, selected wineries and signature cocktails, in a night paying tribute to Mediterranean produce and local talent.

Organised by Valencia Premium in collaboration with Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, Visit València and Mahou, La Noche de la Gastronomía has become the most important event of the Valencia Culinary Festival, a week dedicated to celebrating gastronomy, culture and the Mediterranean lifestyle.

This year the event takes on special significance as it coincides with the 10th anniversary of Gastrónoma, one of the most important food fairs in Spain.

More than an event, La Noche de la Gastronomía is a sensory experience that combines creativity, flavour and emotion. A proposal that consolidates València as one of the great gastronomic capitals of the Mediterranean, reflecting the extraordinary moment of its cuisine and the international reach of its chefs.

The success of this event confirms the appeal of a gastronomy that moves people, connects with the essence of the land and keeps growing thanks to the joint work of its protagonists: chefs, producers, institutions and associations that believe in the value of produce and local talent.

Meanwhile, the Valencia Culinary Festival 2025 continues its programme from 23 to 29 October, with gastronomic experiences open to the public throughout the city: special menus, four-hands dinners, tastings, workshops and gourmet routes inviting visitors to discover the culinary essence of València in all its flavours. Activities can be found on the festival’s official website: www.valenciaculinaryfestival.es.

La Noche de la Gastronomía promises to be an unforgettable evening, where every dish will tell a story and every detail will celebrate the best of València: its cuisine, its people and its way of enjoying life.
