In June 2015 “the first Landscape Hotel in Spain”, VIVOOD Benimantell, opened to the public, marking a before and after in the hotel sector. It began a path not traveled until then under a disruptive concept based on sustainability and a differentiating experience focused on perceptive luxury. Next month it will be 10 years since that opening and the arrival of an establishment concept that has been a benchmark in innovation and excellence in tourism.

Located in a unique natural enclave, in the Guadalest Valley, Alicante, the hotel was a milestone in combining architecture, design, integration into the environment and a memorable experience of calm, disconnection and wellbeing for its guests. This uniqueness has led to the recognition of more than twenty national and international awards.

“Our priority has been to achieve a satisfaction level of ten in our guests. This has been the best marketing strategy,” explains Daniel Mayo, founder and general manager of VIVOOD.

The keys to success: 210 full days a year

VIVOOD has evolved steadily over the last 10 years, reaching “full” for 210 days a year. The keys have been a team focused on providing personalized customer service, a genuine experience, a solid commitment to sustainability and a wellness promise that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

During this time, the hotel has expanded its facilities to include 35 rooms, a wellness center, two fine dining restaurants and an exclusive space for corporate and social events.

An anniversary event

To celebrate its tenth anniversary, VIVOOD has organized various activities and activities during the month of June, including an institutional and social event at its facilities in Benimantell on June 12.

During the event, which will be attended by authorities, partners and collaborators of the company, a balance of these years will be made and the challenges and projects to be undertaken in the short and medium term will be shared.

The company’s strategic plans include continuing to expand its network of hotel establishments through the management of key assets in Spain and abroad. Through its hotel management company, it is already working on several important projects, including its second hotel in the Spanish capital, VIVOOD Madrid.
