Valencia Premium continues to consolidate its role as the leading association for high-end tourism in the Region of Valencia with the addition of eight new members. These additions significantly strengthen the association’s presence in the province of Alicante and consolidate a regional vision based on quality, product diversity and the representation of singular projects.

The new companies joining Valencia Premium are: ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea, Hortensia Herrero Art Centre, Quique Dacosta Restaurante, Restaurante El Xato, Bodega Mustiguillo, Bodega Celler del Roure, Bodega Pepe Mendoza and Oliva Nova Golf Course, all benchmarks in their fields and aligned with the association’s values of excellence.

In gastronomy, the addition of Quique Dacosta Restaurante, awarded three Michelin Stars, is a major boost to Valencia Premium’s culinary positioning internationally. It is joined by Restaurante El Xato, with one Michelin star, a consolidated track record and a gastronomic offer deeply linked to the land and local produce.

Wine tourism becomes one of Valencia Premium’s strategic pillars with the addition of Bodega Mustiguillo, Bodega Celler del Roure and Bodega Pepe Mendoza, joining Bodega Les Freses, already a member. With these additions, the association reinforces its commitment to wine as an essential part of the premium tourism experience and a distinguishing feature of the destination.

In the hotel sector, the arrival of ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea brings an internationally singular proposal. A project focused on health, wellness and longevity that combines high-end hospitality with innovation, knowledge and a holistic vision of personal care, in line with new trends in premium tourism.

Another milestone of this expansion is the addition of the Hortensia Herrero Art Centre, which consolidates culture as a strategic pillar within Valencia Premium. The CAHH is a singular cultural proposal nationally and internationally, where first-class contemporary art, historic heritage and architecture come together in a unique experience. Its addition strengthens the positioning of Valencia and the Region of Valencia as destinations able to offer high-quality, distinctive cultural products aligned with the new demands of premium tourism, in which culture becomes a key element of value and international reach.

The arrival of Oliva Nova Golf Course also strengthens the presence of golf within the association, a key product in premium tourism thanks to its ability to attract international markets and its year-round impact.

With these new members, Valencia Premium continues to grow through a policy of responsible growth based on criteria of excellence and particularly demanding evaluation processes. The association does not seek to grow in volume, but to consolidate a coherent, solid ecosystem aligned with the values that define the project.

In 2026, Valencia Premium will celebrate 12 years, a track record that supports the stability of the project, its constant evolution and its commitment to a model of premium tourism based on quality, collaboration and the representation of the business talent of the Region of Valencia.

The association highlights the value of public-private collaboration and thanks Turisme Comunitat Valenciana for its continued support, key to developing joint actions and to continue boosting, in a coordinated way, the positioning of the destination in national and international markets.
