FIERRO is Carito Lourenço and Germán Carrizo’s journey in the pure present, where time is the main ingredient. “An open space where we are building a new taste memory of the future.” It is a small, exclusive restaurant —57 m² and room for just 12 guests— offering an immersive journey. Whoever steps through its doors will have managed to stop time.

Located in Valencia’s vibrant Ruzafa neighbourhood, FIERRO is a symbol of luxury hospitality and cultural openness. Ruzafa is a garden of identities that colour its streets and walls, where art nourishes, guides and inspires.
