La Cartuja de Ara Christi

Founded in 1272, La Cartuja de Ara Christi is a former Carthusian monastery located in El Puig de Santa Maria, just 20 minutes from the center of Valencia. The site has its own parking and is close to several points of interest, which facilitates access for those attending the events.

Declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 1996, its architecture combines Renaissance and Baroque elements, highlighting its church with an extradosed dome, one of the first of its kind in Spain. The complex includes cloisters, chapels, original cells and historic gardens.
