Grilled meats and fish of the day, local vegetables and paella rice dishes, cooked in the only wood-fired paella pan in the center of the city, from a kitchen open to the dining room, where diners can come and watch their paella being cooked.
With a carefully selected wine cellar, Llisa Negra is a Krug ambassador. After only a few years of opening, customers have already turned many dishes into icons, such as carabinero with sea urchin emulsion, spider crab salpicon, socarrat or cheesecake, as well as seasonal products from the sea and the garden.
